HHS German teacher Uwe Goodall-Heising writes: Sophomore Jordan Hitchcock has won the Salem International Summer School Scholarship awarded by the American Association of Teachers of German for excellent results in the 2008 AATG National German Exam.
The Summer School will take place in Überlingen, a small town on Lake Constance in the south of Germany. The award donated by Schule Schloss Salem consists of two weeks of language courses, meals, accommodations and excursions. The AATG Endowed Scholarship Fund donates the air fare.
